Your data stays with you
The system runs on your server or in a cloud account you own; the code and the database belong to the client.
askcust builds custom software for agriculture: farm and land bank records, field maps and machinery monitoring, grain elevators, CRM and ERP. You know how your farm works; askcust turns that knowledge into a system that works the same way.
Records, ERP and CRM, land bank and lease accounting, digital field maps: the systems a farm is run from.
askcust builds agriculture automation software: records, fields and machinery, inventory and documents, as separate modules or one custom system.
open02askcust explains which agribusiness software a farm needs, from accounting and ERP to field maps and telematics, and how to choose between ready and custom.
open03askcust develops farm management software: field, operations and inventory records and cost per hectare in one app you can use from your phone in the field.
open04askcust develops agricultural enterprise management systems: processes from land to warehouse in one place, a dashboard for management and roles for the team.
open05askcust develops ERP for agricultural enterprises: costs per field and crop, inventory and sales in one system integrated with the local accounting software.
open06askcust develops agro CRM: client farms with their fields and crops, seasonal deals, agronomist visits, deferrals until harvest and a link to accounting.
open07askcust develops farm accounting software: costs per field and crop, inputs by operation, fuel and machinery, and cost of production linked to your accounts.
open08askcust develops land bank management software: plots with cadastral numbers on a map, lease contracts and terms, cultivated area and reports for management.
open09askcust develops land lease accounting software: a landowner register, lease contracts, rent accrued and paid in money and grain, tax withholding and reports.
open10askcust develops digital field maps: field boundaries and areas, cadastral plots on top, crops by season, NDVI and soil layers, export to Shapefile and ISOXML.
openGPS and fuel monitoring, satellite and NDVI monitoring, the agronomist's workspace, field operations, grain elevators, irrigation, greenhouses and livestock.
askcust develops GPS tracking software for farm machinery: tracks and worked area per field, idle time and violations, and per-operation reports on Wialon data.
open02askcust develops fuel monitoring software for farm machinery: fuel level sensor and CAN bus data, refuels and drains, and fuel use per hectare in reports.
open03askcust develops satellite field monitoring services: Sentinel-2 imagery every 5 days, history and indices for each field, and alerts about problem areas.
open04askcust develops NDVI crop monitoring on Sentinel-2 imagery: index maps and seasonal trends per field, plus zones for scouting and variable rate application.
open05askcust develops agronomy software: crop rotation and technology maps, planned versus actual operations with CPP and fertiliser use, and seasonal reports.
open06askcust develops mobile apps for agronomists on iOS and Android: a field map, observations with geotagged photos and tasks that all work offline.
open07askcust develops field operations planning software that turns technology maps into an operations calendar, machinery and staff load and a season budget.
open08askcust develops field operations tracking software: work orders checked against telematics, inventory write-offs by operation and machine operator pay.
open09askcust develops precision farming software: productivity zones from field data, prescription maps for variable rate application and as-applied checks.
open10askcust develops crop scouting apps with field inspection routes by zone, geotagged points with photos and pest thresholds that turn findings into tasks.
open11askcust develops grain elevator automation software: weighbridge, lab and lot intake in one system, from truck registration to shipment, with an audit log.
open12askcust develops grain elevator accounting software: net weight by the Duval formula, depositors' lots and warehouse certificates for every lot.
open13askcust develops irrigation automation software: irrigation machines and pump stations in one control room, sensor-based schedules and water accounting.
open14askcust develops greenhouse automation software: sensor-based climate and irrigation, alarm notifications and a log for every greenhouse in one system.
open15askcust develops livestock management software: a card for every animal with its events, veterinary work and productivity, plus data for the animal register.
openWeb systems, mobile apps, CRM and ERP for agribusiness: from process analysis to rollout and support.
askcust develops custom software for agribusiness: web systems, mobile apps and integrations, from process analysis to rollout and support of the system.
open02askcust develops agricultural IT systems that collect machinery, sensor, weighbridge and satellite data and turn it into reports for agronomists and managers.
open03askcust develops farm mobile apps for iOS and Android: offline mode, field maps, camera and push notifications, from prototype to app store release.
open04askcust builds custom CRM for agribusiness: a sales audit, entities for your market, client base import, integrations with accounting and telephony, training.
open05askcust develops ERP for agroholdings: shared master data, several legal entities and clusters, consolidated reporting, roles and accounting integration.
openThe system runs on your server or in a cloud account you own; the code and the database belong to the client.
Accounting in BAS or another local system, telematics, weighbridges, spreadsheets: askcust connects existing sources instead of asking you to replace everything.
The first module solves one concrete task; the system then grows as needed, without a rewrite from scratch.
You discuss the task with the person who designs and builds it, with no account managers in between.
Conversations with the people who keep the records and work in the field: which data exists, where it comes from, where it gets lost. The result is a process description and a prioritised task list.
A clickable prototype of the key screens and a written plan of the first release with its scope.
A working version of one module on the farm's real data, not on sample records.
The agronomist, the accountant and the director work in the system; their feedback becomes the next releases.
Team training, documentation, support after launch and development of the system in the following seasons.
not agriculture, but the same kind of task: records, CRM, automation
With the process that depends most on spreadsheets and on people's memory: usually field and operations records or the land bank. askcust starts with an analysis that shows which module will pay off first and what data the farm already has for it.
Yes. Accounting systems such as BAS, telematics platforms such as Wialon, elevator weighbridges and Excel spreadsheets are data sources the new system exchanges data with through APIs or files. Replacing existing systems is not a requirement.
The price depends on the number of modules, integrations and user roles. After the process analysis askcust gives an estimate for the first release with a fixed scope; further stages are estimated separately, once it is clear what is needed next.
Yes, and that is the usual way to start. One module, for example land lease accounting or fuel monitoring, is launched on its own, and others are added to it when needed.
The client. The code is handed over to the client's repository and the database runs on the client's server or cloud account; askcust keeps no access unless a support agreement says otherwise.
A reply within one business day; a call only if we agree on one.
